Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products

  • Personal care items that have been used

  • Gift cards or digital products


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Used personal care or beauty products


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
